Sunny Day

Sunny was a PMU foal shipped here from NE and she was the most
abused and neglected  baby to come
through here. She arrived  April 2005 and now she has a wonderful
forever home in Ohio.

She was the most needy foal, emotionally and
physically, that we have ever seen.  When she came, she was
emaciated and extremely wild, but when she left was leading, picking
up her feet, and beginning to build trust in humans.

Her new owner,Allison, wrote to us to tell about Sunny's first year.

Allison writes, "I am so
happy, she is finally allowing me to touch and scratch the top of her
head and ears! I've been working so patiently towards that! AND,
when I need to get her into the barn all I have to do is call her and
snap my fingers LOL.  Most of the time she comes a-running :-D
'I'm coming, Mom!!!', trot, trot, trot... Its so cute!  She is such a
blessing to me... and I can't thank you enough for allowing me to
adopt her."

Allison has watched Sunny change from a scared, skinny foal to a
healthy, trusting filly over 14 hands.  She seems to be very content
with the little horsey herd at her new farm. Allison continues to send
progress notes about our Sunny Day !

Thank you Allison
